Delete your account and data

Delete in the app

1. Open AurAI and tap the Settings (gear) icon on the Home screen.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm with Delete.

Everything is deleted immediately. The app then starts fresh with a new, empty account.

No longer have the app?

Your account is anonymous (no email or password), so reinstalling the app creates a new account and can't reach the old one. Ask us to delete it instead:

1. Email support@akro-in.si with the subject "AurAI account deletion".
2. Include your Account ID if you have it (it's in any support email sent from the app), or else your purchase receipt (Google Play order number starting with GPA, or App Store order ID) so we can find your account.

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we can't identify your account, your photos and designs are still deleted automatically 90 days after they were created.

What is deleted

• Your projects and design history
• All your photos and generated designs
• Your preferences and profile stored on our servers
• Your anonymous account

What may be kept

• Purchase and subscription records, as long as tax and accounting law requires. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own records of store purchases.
• Analytics data, for up to 14 months, and support emails, as long as needed to handle your request.
• Designs you saved to your phone's photo library stay on your phone.

Cancel your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from:

• iPhone or iPad: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions → AurAI → Cancel Subscription, or open your App Store subscriptions.
• Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AurAI → Cancel subscription, or open your Google Play subscriptions.

Pro members can also tap Manage subscription in the app's Settings.
